To celebrate World Rabies Day on September 28, with the theme "Breaking Rabies Boundaries," the City Veterinary Office is launching the OPLAN KAPON SA KABUKIRAN program. This initiative aims to break the boundaries faced by our fellow Kagay-anons in the hinterlands, who find it challenging to travel to the city center for services. Through this program, we are bringing Libreng Kapon sa Iro ug Iring directly to their communities, ensuring that no one is left behind in our efforts to control rabies, dog and cat population and promote responsible pet ownership.
