What rabies elimination work do you do?
Founded in 2022, Biyaya Animal Care is a Philippine-based social enterprise tackling stray overpopulation and rabies through rescue, veterinary care, and advocacy. Since its inception, the organization has performed over 126,000 spay/neuter surgeries, carried out thousands of TNVR interventions, and vaccinated 17,500 animals against rabies in 2024 alone. Led by CEO and Co-Founder Ms. Rina Ortiz, Biyaya also champions policy reforms to institutionalize spay/neuter and anti-rabies programs, driving toward a #StrayFreeRabiesFree2035.
