What rabies elimination work do you do?
Based in Sarawak, Malaysia, Mr Gabriel Alexis Kibes serves as a Health Education Officer leading rabies prevention efforts across schools, communities, government agencies, NGOs, and the private sector. By leading education initiatives in schools and the community, training teachers and health staff, and creating educational materials, Mr Kibes works to empower every level of society in the fight against rabies. He is also a key member of the Rabies Disease Committee in Sarawak and have been actively involved in initiatives led by the Malaysia One Health University Network (MyOHUN), which brings together multiple agencies and NGOs to combat rabies.
