The City Veterinary Office aims to conduct a week-long activity in place of the nationwide yearly celebration. This project will offer activities such as rabies awareness information education campaign, free mass neutering, mass anti-rabies vaccination, treatment, and wellness to be held at the City Veterinary Office that will cater indigent residents of Cabanatuan City.
