Rabies awareness education.

Rescue Paws is a not for profit animal welfare organization located in Khao Tao, Hua Hin, Thailand. Our goal is to improve the welfare of cats and dogs in our region by sterilization, education and preventative healthcare. This in turn will create healthier, safer communities for people and animals alike.

This is the fourth consecutive year Rescue P.A.W.S. has taken part in the World Rabies Day event.

For this years event we will be hosting a four day free spey and vaccine event at a neighboring Pak Nam Pram village which has a large stray and free roaming dog population.

We aim to sterilize and vaccinate 300 animals at the event. Through out the month of September we will continue to offer free sterilizations and vaccines from our clinic as usual.

Further more Rescue P.A.W.S. Education team will be hosting Rabies awareness events in local schools. Our goal is to teach 4000 children about accurate rabies prevention and how to stay safe around dogs.

We are teaming up with local goverment agencies and the community to help us reach our goal.

Rescue P.A.W.S. lives by the One Health concept of healthier dogs = healthier communities.
