Multiple stakeholders have again banded together to create a rabies social media toolkit for September 2025, as part of World Rabies Day awareness. This social media kit will be used by the National Department of Agriculture and has been circulated to multiple stakeholders for use, including National Department of Health, National Institute for Communicable Diseases, South African Veterinary Council, South African Veterinary Association, ARC-OVR, Provincial Veterinary Service & Health Services, etc. We will be posting on social media platforms on 1, 11, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 28 (3 posts) September 2025 (9 posts in total).
