Freetown, 23 August 2022: The Initiatives for Media Development facilitated the orientation of journalists as part of the national rabies campaign in Sierra Leone. 35 journalists in the Western Area - Urban and Rural of Sierra Leone were engaged to reduce Human Exposure to Dog bites and Rabies. This is part of the two months Zero rabies campaign funded by Breakthrough Action in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Sanitation, the Environmental Protection Agency and and the Ministry of Agriculture.
