This high-level conference will bring together the public and private sectors, policymakers, public health experts, veterinarians, and community leaders to:
Reinforce One Health collaboration in rabies prevention;
Promote evidence-based policymaking, including the adoption of a national strategic plan;
Optimize vaccine use by prioritizing high-risk dog populations;
Address challenges posed by the health infodemic;
Strengthen humane and effective strategies for dog population management;
Advance Iran’s progress toward “Zero by 30” and the sustainable elimination of rabies.
The venue accommodates up to 300 in-person participants, with capacity for up to 1500 online attendees.
