Miaoli County, in cooperation with the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Agency, Ministry of Agriculture, held the main event on September 30 at the Animal Protection Education Park to promote rabies vaccination for dogs and cats. Pet owners were urged to follow the “Two Don’ts and One Must”: do not abandon pets, do not contact wild animals, and must vaccinate pets (dogs and cats) annually.
