We have planned a mass dog vaccination campaign in Shimla city in which we shall be doing vaccination in >70% of community dogs . Approximately 4000 dogs to be vaccinated .
All dogs will be marked and QR based collars will be applied to them , so that future vaccination / sterilisation record may be maintained for each dog . It is a collaborative effort from Humane People , Department of Animal husbandry, Mission Rabies , CAWA and MC Shimla under the abled leadership of Dr. Anil Kumar Sharma ( Nodal Officer - Rabies Control , Shimla HP )
