After the dog-mediated human rabies case in July 2025 in Romania, Serbia as neighboring country organize special meetting for medical workers where professor Dusan Lalosevic gave a lecture. Event was organized in Hempt’s house, Museum department of Pasteur Institute in Novi Sad, Serbia, on 26th September 2025. Hempt’s house was named by Dr. Adolf Hempt (1874-1943), founder of Pasteur Institute in Novi Sad (1921) the place of Pasteur Society in Novi Sad too. Rabies vaccine by dr Hempt (nervous tissue origin) was in use in many European countries between 1925-1989, like Former Yugoslavia, Germany, Austria, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria.
