Pwani Animal welfare in conjunction with the Mombasa county department of veterinary services and Kenya Veterinary Association -Coast branch will be having a free rabies vaccination event on 1st October to vaccinate cats and dogs in Mombasa sub county from 9am to 3pm. There will also be educational materials and activities for children and adults to learn about awareness of this deadly zoonotic disease and promoting of responsible pet ownership by vaccinating cats and dogs against rabies.
