The multisectoral team met and approved the location for the World Rabies Day celebrations in Manica Province. The awareness calendar for the target population has already been developed and will from September 10 to September 22. Awareness-raising sessions will take place in 15 schools and 7 health centers in the municipality of Chimoio. A radio debate with technical teams from agriculture, health, education, and the municipality has been scheduled for September 18th. During the awareness period, students from two schools in the municipality will be rehearsing the play, music, and poetry.
