In conjunction with World Rabies Day on September 28th, the Animal disease control center of Changhua County hosted a rabies prevention and vaccination event at Yuanlin Park on September 13th, coinciding with the 2025 Animal Protection Concept Rooting Creative Puppetry event. In addition to distributing rabies prevention materials and promotional materials, the event will also provide free rabies vaccinations, microchip implantation, and pet registration. Through enhanced promotional efforts and owner education, the event aims to raise awareness of rabies prevention and animal protection among county residents.
